In the Spirit I saw a construction site. You were standing by a pickup truck. Behind it was a camper trailer. There were familiar people milling around.

Then I saw you in an airplane traveling somewhere. You had the blueprints in your hand that you showed me. I saw you then standing before a group of people. You were ministering the end times and the destruction that was coming. And then I saw you unrolling these plans and explaining them to men seated around a table. Then I saw you back on a plane. I saw John Marshall pick you up and you were both back at the construction site where I saw you and familiar faces. I saw you then packing the camper and leaving. And the camper and truck was then sitting by another site with the men I saw you talking to around the table with the blueprints.

This vision seemed to repeat itself, only you were in different places of the world. Same circumstances. Flying, returning, and going back in truck and camper to construction site.

Vision Concerning the Building of the City of God

This Vision and Prophecy was give to Judith F. at 0912 Hrs on the 1st of September,
1994 in Bernie, MO

I saw the chapel 'Dome' in the center of the plans. On the top of the dome was imprinted: "The Lion out of the tribe of Judea."

The first settlement will be the most beautiful of all. People will travel from afar to see this. The dome will be as gold. The finances will be available and this will be your home. And you shall come and go from this place and prepare other places for My Elect people. This has been stamped and sealed in the heavenlies, and in My time shall take place on earth. This will be the only settlement with a dome of 'Gold' with My stamp, "The Lion of Judea." This place will be magnificent, for it will be built in My honor for My people who seek My face. It will be a place of refuge and tranquility, and there will be no walls of concrete about it for My Presence will surround it and protect it. And hell shall not prevail against it, sayeth the Lord?"

This propehecy goes on to say concerning Judith and this place:

"You worry so about finances, My child, but this will be a city in which I dwell. My storehouse is full. It won't be around here. The time will come and the place will be furnished. I will plant Joshua, and when there is a dwelling place for you to abide, and you feel secure in uour heart that this is Me speaking. I will send him for you. For in the natural things look imposable, but you and he will rule and reign with Me. The things of the Spirit can only be seen but by my people moving and walking in the spiritual realm."

Vision conerning the Plans for the Places of Refuge

This vision was given to Judith F, 2100 Hrs on the 31st of August,
1994, in Bernie, MO.

We were walking up the stairs (of a justice building). You had a purple robe on with a gold sash, and I had on a white robe with a gold sash. In the Spirit, I could see inside the building before we got inside.

We walked up to the center, bowed, and handed them a packet or envelope that your were holding in your right hand. They pasted it around. Looked at it. Seemed to agree. And stamped it approved and dated it and handed it back to you. I could see in the Spirit that it was the plans that you have been working on for years. This was not a justice building on earth. This was in the spiritual realm.

I feel impressed to try and write what I saw and felt as we moved from this realm earth to the heavenly realm. We were standing outside, and although you couldn't see a tunnel that extended up, I knew it was there. And we just started walking up into it. It was dark but not pitch dark. And as we looked up, yo could see extreme light. And as you came close to this light, it was like a magnet. You were drawn towards it, only you were walking in you own power. We were clothed as we do here on earth. But as we entered into this light we were changed immediately. Out countenance was different. Our thought patterns different. Even our clothes had changed from earthly to heavenly clothes to robes, white, purple, gold sashes. I left earth feeling like Judy. I entered heaven knowing I had authority. for I felt it, and the people moving around and passing us seemed to know so also. For when they looked at you, they dipped their head in reverence to your authority.

"When you see yourselves ascending and desending from earth to heaven, you're entering my presence for instruction and advice on matters on earth."

Welcome to Community and the Places of Refuge

Community is more than just a concept. It is a vision of things to come. Envision a people working together in harmony with each other and the earth. Where the self life is replaced by a love for one another and for the Creator. A place where your gifting can be expressed and grow. Where joy becomes an expression of service on to the other. This was Yeshua's last words as He was raised up into glory. That in the fullness of time a people would come forth.
